My Story
"I hate cooking. I don't have time to cook. I work a hard job and am too tired to do anything with food. How about pizza tonight? I'm too busy to fix a proper meal. I don't know how to stop eating junk food. I love sugar, bread and pasta! I just want to sit down after work, not make dinner."

These were all of my thoughts. ALL of them and then some. All related. Then I found THM. I found a coach. I found myself. I have successfully lost 30 lbs. I still have some to go but have hit perimenopause and it will be more difficult. That's ok. I have maintained this loss for a year! I will keep going the course and I will lose the last bit that I have.

My mindset around all things food has drastically changed. All with the help of my coach. She was a godsend to me. I am so grateful for her. From her I decided that I wanted to help you too! I want to be the inspiration that she was for me.
About Me.

I am a high school math teacher. I have been teaching 22 years.

I have 2 children of my own (13 & 11)

I am divorced

My boyfriend (pictured with me above) lives with me with his 2 sons (17 & 10)

I started THM in 2016, lost 40 lbs, and then ended that year with divorce so THM took a sideline

I recommitted to THM 100% in 2022 with a coach

I follow the principles of the life coach school (not certified, but VERY knowledgable)

I am a certified THM coach

I work out 3-5 days a week (lifting weights mostly) - if you see me running you should run in the same direction because something is clearly after me

I love to meal prep and plan (this is new in the last few years) - still identify as a drive thru Sue though

I cross stitch when I can

I am passionate about helping others learn to be healthy (If I could shout it from the rooftops I would)
