I'm a teacher. During the summer I go to the gym twice a day! Why, you ask? Because I can. I go early in the morning and just do cardio. I spend about 25 minutes on the elliptical. Then I go to a weight training class in the afternoon/evening. I love going to the gym. And now my 13 year old daughter has joined with me so there may be days I go 3 times a day. But I'm trying to instill good healthy habits in her. She is only with me 50% of the time and my house is healthier than her dads, but I'm doing what I can. We have lots of discussions about health. I try to never use the word "fat" around her. You all can do anything you set your mind to. Time is a commodity, how will you use yours?
