We all know this

Something to think about. No matter what "diet" you are on, you know exactly what to do in order to be healthy and lose weight. We all know what to do. We know to eat clean/healthy and move. We know this. But why can't we do it? It's not like we plan to eat junk food and eat that snickers bar (why is the reference to candy always a snickers). So why do we keep doing it. We are intelligent women and know what we SHOULD do to be healthy. So I challenge you to ask yourself this question of your brain: What bullshit excuse will your brain give you today to eat that junk food?


We have to stop allowing our brain to give us these neanderthal thoughts that food is scarce so we have to eat whatever we can when we can. Just food for thought....
